This month-to-month option gives you the flexibilty to follow the program for one month after teh initial month to provide structured guidance for your training, nutrition, and physique goals. Through weekly check-ins and personalized programming.

Initial Lotus Strength Accountability Month
- Full initial assessments of nutrition, training, mobility 2 (60 mins time slots to review current status)

Bodybuilding Prep & Posing

Just as bodybuilding is an art, so is the art of posing. You need to not only display what is your best features but also need to learn how to pose to watch and track your bodybuilding progress.
Posing sessions can be broken into 30 min sessions or full hour sessions. Full hour is advised for those completely new to posing and for developing posing routines for women’s divisions of bikini, wellness, figure, physique and for men as well.
